Electronic Waste Recycling Event

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Township building
For $10 per car, the following will be accepted WITH no Additional Fee! Any Small or Medium Sized Items with a Plug Including:
Computer towers, tablets, printers, keyboards, laptops, game consoles, stereos and radios, cell phones, phones, calculators and small appliances (toasters, blenders, food processors, dust busters, etc).
Additional Vendor Disposal Fees – Computer Monitors ($7), Microwave ovens ($15), Flat Screen TV’s ($25), Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers & Air Purifiers ($25), CRT Monitors ($25), CRT TV’s ($40 - $80), Mini Fridges ($25). Hard Drives WIPED CLEAN!!

Your polling place is determined by your registered address. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are two polling places in West Rockhill Township:

Voters who are ill or will be away from their designated voting district on Election Day can download and Absentee ballot from the Bucks County website at www.buckscounty.org/. Check with the Board of Elections for deadline dates at 215-348-6169. Forms for voter registration or an Absentee ballot can be obtained from the Township office, the Bucks County Board of Elections, The Bucks County Voter Registration Office (Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Broad & Court St, Doylestown, PA, 18901), post offices, state liquor stores, libraries, or the League of Women Voters and political parties.
West Rockhill Township is seeking community-minded individuals to serve in important roles that help shape and guide our township.

Joint Rec Authority - 1 Member Needed
These committees play a vital role in ensuring the preservation of our community, help manage and run the Holiday House Pool and review appeals of the UCC Building Code. Your involvement can make a significant difference!

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Sellersville Borough will be performing utility construction on Lawn Avenue in West Rockhill Township and Sellersville Borough, Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
Monday, October 6, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Lawn Avenue will be closed and detoured weekdays between Maple Avenue and Noble Street. During the closure, passenger vehicles will be directed to use Maple Avenue, Farmers Lane, and Lawn Avenue. Trucks will be directed to use Noble Street, Main Street, and Route 563 (Ridge Road).
Monday, October 6, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Lawn Avenue will be closed and detoured weekdays between Life Mark Drive and Almont Road. During the closure, all vehicles will be directed to use Noble Street, Main Street, and Route 563 (Ridge Road).
Monday, October 6, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure with flagging will be in place on Lawn Avenue between Noble Street and Life Mark Drive.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zones. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Sellersville Borough will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
Notice is hereby given that the West Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing and consider for possible adoption an Ordinance amending Chapter 44 of the Code of Ordinances to create a new section titled “Warrantless Arrests” which adopts guidelines authorizing the Pennridge Regional Police Department to make arrests for certain summary offenses which endanger persons or property, a summary of which is set forth below. The Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the West Rockhill Township Building at 1028 Ridge Road, Sellersville, Pennsylvania 18960. Full text copies of the proposed Ordinance are available at the offices of this newspaper, the Bucks County Law Library, and the Township Offices during normal business hours. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
