James Memorial Park
The Township and Park & Recreation Committee manage James Memorial Park on Ridge Road across from the Township building. James Park offers a 1/2 mile walking path, pavilions, a pond, a sand volleyball court, basketball courts, a dog park, and a tot lot. The Pennridge Little League leases the baseball field in the center of our Park. The rustic Hafler Trail, 1/2 mile in length (follow the blue blazes) offers a scenic wooded walk beginning near the Dog Park and ending on Hafler Road, which can be taken back to the Park for a loop walk. The Veteran's Memorial is located near the larger Derstine Pavilion.

Holiday House Pool
We encourage all Township residents to take advantage of and support the Township pool, the Holiday House Pool located on Washington Avenue. The Pool is managed by the Joint Recreation Authority and is owned jointly by West Rockhill Township and Sellersville. Look for details about membership on this website in spring of 2012!
Dog Park at James Memorial Park
Located behind the baseball field, the Dog Park is adjacent to the walking path for easy access directly next to the Park Rules and waste station. Stop in to visit the new Dog Park and meet new friends! And always, please be considerate to all dogs and other residents.
West Rockhill Memorial Bricks for Sale If you wish to purchase a Memorial Brick please complete one of the forms below and submit it to the West Rockhill Township building and we will have the brick engraved and placed at James Park. The brick can be engraved in anyone's name, for any occasion. Put your family name on a brick....or leave a message to last a lifetime. Please note exactly how you want your message to appear on the finished brick on the order form. Veteran's Memorial Plaque Needs Additional Names
The Park & Recreation Committee is accepting submissions to be added to the Veteran's Memorial Plaque at James Park. There is no cost to have a name added to the plaque. If you (or anyone you know) is interested in being added to the plaque please contact the township building at 215-257-9063 and provide the name, branch of the military, and date range of service. |
