H&K Invites WRT Residents to Naceville Quarry Tour April 15

Late in 2016, Haines & Kibblehouse (H&K) submitted a request to WRT to amend the Zoning Map and Comprehensive Plan to expand the Naceville Quarry on Ridge Road. One Board of Supervisor's special public meeting was held on December 5, 2016, with an initial presentation by H&K followed a question and answer session. The Plan is currently under review by outside agencies. 

H&K is offering a complementary tour of the Naceville Quarry for West Rockhill Township residents and others in the vicinity on 
April 15 at 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a rain date of April 22. Pre-registration is required.


8:30 - 9:00       Meet at James Memorial Park where everyone will be transported by bus to the Naceville Quarry.

9:00 – 9:30      Greeting and Continental breakfast, obtain name tags, hard hats, etc

9:30 – 10:00    Naceville will conduct a blast and follow with a discussion and review of the seismographic data.

10:00 – 11:00  Site tour (in the quarry) of operation, equipment, plants, proposed expansion area, etc.

11:00               Return by bus to James Memorial Park.
